Refund Policy

At safe store supplies, our priority is your satisfaction. If you find a manufacturing defect or are not satisfied with your purchase upon receipt, you may request an exchange or return under the following conditions:

Timeframes

• Customer Dissatisfaction: Up to 7 calendar days from receipt.

• Manufacturing Defect: Up to 30 calendar days from receipt.

• Visible Damage: For items arriving with visible damage (e.g., broken parts, scratches), the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video of the product and packaging. After this period, damage will be considered the result of misuse.

Return Conditions The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and components. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified. Once the product is received and passes quality analysis, the customer may choose to exchange it for another item in stock or receive a refund of the product value. Shipping costs are non-refundable if the product delivered matches the order and is in good condition.

Warranty All products include a 30-day warranty starting from the date of receipt. To activate the warranty, please provide a short video (up to 1 minute) or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and shipping label.

The warranty does not cover:

• Aesthetic damage occurring after purchase (cracks, scratches, dents).

• Damage caused by liquids or humidity.

• Unauthorized repair attempts or modifications.

• Inappropriate use or natural wear and tear.
